Hi, I’m Eeva Kuutschin – Chef Rôtisseur and the Head Chef of Seurasaaren Juhlatalo. I’ve worked in the field for over 30 years, and every event is still crafted with full heart and dedication to quality.
In addition to myself, kitchen manager Tiia Kuutschin is also responsible for the culinary delights at Seurasaaren Juhlatalo. Together, we form an exceptional team that blends decades of experience with fresh ideas, inventive menus, and impeccable taste. Our menus feature seasonal ingredients, elegant presentation, and a fresh perspective. We share a passion for food, craftsmanship, and ensuring every event is served with the quality it deserves – whether it’s a wedding celebration, a corporate event, or a coffee moment at the Juhlatalo café.

Seurasaaren Juhlatalo
Seurasaaren Juhlatalo is a unique venue located in Helsinki’s Seurasaari, offering stunning surroundings for both intimate and large celebrations in a historic setting by the sea. Seurasaaren Juhlatalo includes a grand hall built in 1890, a modern lounge-style restaurant space, and a charming separate building in the yard called Galleria Humina. The venue can accommodate up to 100 guests in winter and up to 450 in summer.
